Mr. DiFiore has over 15 years of experience in leading roles of the accounting departments of several investment advisory firms. Most recently he worked as the Chief Financial Officer of a $250 million privately held real estate investment firm. Prior to that John held various positions at Real Estate Capital Partners, a SEC Registered Investment Advisor where he was responsible for financial reporting and tax compliance activities. Also, while at RECP John worked in the investment management department where he spent time identifying, underwriting and negotiating investment transactions.

Mr. DiFiore graduated from Pace University with a BBA and MBA in Accounting and earned his CPA while working for Arthur Andersen and Co. where he achieved the level of Manager.
